Day 2-Vegan Diet

Breakfast-
Luna bar

Snack-
medium apple
1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch-
1 cup penne pasta
1.5 cups veggies

Dinner-
1 serving chow mein
1 cup kung pao veggies

Snack-
3 cups air popped popcorn
