Day 3-Vegan Diet

Breakfast-
1 apple
1 tbsp peanut butter

Lunch-
All fruit smoothie @ 24 Carrots

Snack-
Salsa
15 tortilla chips

Dinner-
1.5 cups penne pasta
1/2 cup marinara
1/2 piece garlic bread
Coke Zero

Snack-
3 oreos
1 cup soy milk
